properly do scientific research and development in an exconomical and frugal manner, in keeping with principles of simplicity and honesty in all
manner of discipline and accountability.
All financial records of the Institute are open for inspection and eternal third-pparty review commitees have been
established in order to enable this openness and clarity.
The Institute is not affiliated with any corporate, political, religious, or sectarian group, organization or philosophy,
and it is open for participation and collaboration to all without restriction or discrimination on the basis of age,
sex, ethnicity, nationality, race or religous beliefs.
The Institute strives to make its work, its discoveries, its research results open and freely available to the scientific community and to all
who work in a spirit of collaboration, cooperation and a atriving for the advancement of knowledge in the service of Life. Much of what comes out of the
Institute's work is, thus, open-source and pulbic-domian by intention.
However, with respect to proprietary information and rights, any actions of infringement, copying, plagiarism, theft,
reproduction and redistribution for purposes other than advancing the business and scientific interests of the
Institute as it is defined and as a not-for-profit entity will be met with legal and public actions for restitution,
recovery and awards for damages incurred by such actions.
